How does the Cashflow Assessment Work?

The Cashflow Assessment is a once-off service from Pharsyde that results in you receiving an extremely detailed and comprehensive report on your business cashflow.

 

We will tell you everything going right and everything going wrong - but most importantly, we will tell you how to fix it!

 

This is how the service works:

  • First, you answer some questions

    The very first thing that happens after you make payment below, is that we send you a questionnaire to complete. We're not going to lie.... it's long... but it needs to be comprehensive in order to provide you with a comprehensive solution. Please put aside 20 minutes to focus on answering these questions and please answer as honestly as possible (your answers are held confidential!)

  • Then, you send us some documents

    Right at the end of the questionnaire you will be presented with an email address and a list of documents that we will need - mostly financial reports. We are going to use the combination of your answers and the documents to put your report together for you.

  • We meet online

    Within 3-4 days of us receiving all your info, we are going to book an online call with you via Zoom. This call will be roughly an hour long and it involves us digging deeper into certain aspects of the questionnaire. We are very much in the data-collecting phase here - so the more info you give us, the better, don't hold back!

  • We create your solution

    We are going to spend some time analysing your answers, your documents and our discussion and putting together an extremely comprehensive report for you - everything you are doing right within the 10 spheres of cashflow management - and everything you are doing wrong. Then we are going to book our last online call with you. In this call, we will walk you through your report and make sure you understand every aspect - especially the last section, the Action Steps. 

  • You create your future

    The Action Steps are formulated so that you can very easily implement them in your business - with or without external help. We make every effort to ensure that you understand them completely and know exactly what to do to fix your cashflow problems. We guarantee better cashflow within 6 months of consistent implementation.
